Shipping policy

JerseyKickOff™ partners with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working alongside local couriers to deliver directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

All orders and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment. Processing may take several days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

Orders typically require 2–5 business days to be prepared and transferred to our shipping carrier’s sorting facility. During peak seasons, major holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend up to 10 business days, especially for popular items with limited availability.

Once your order has entered processing, no changes can be made, including address changes. Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.

We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to different manufacturing partner locations.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

Please note that some carriers may take several days to update tracking information. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact us for assistance.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, JerseyKickOff™ is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

JerseyKickOff™ has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If an order is refused or returned, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import fees.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

JerseyKickOff™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Claims are reviewed using carrier tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations. Failure to report issues promptly may result in an inability to honor claims.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders are processed immediately, and changes cannot be made once the order is placed. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we cannot retrieve or reroute it.
